Seller and placing an order
These purchase terms apply to orders with Wuhan Qifansu Technology Co., Ltd., operating telnovi™. Provide accurate details and purchasing authorization. Confirmation acknowledges receipt. For fulfillment obstacles, we contact you and refund unfulfilled goods; material substitutions require agreement.
Products and payment
Review product specifications, instructions, currency, charges, and taxes before paying through checkout. Screen colors may vary, but goods must match their material description. Future prices may change; obvious errors require resolution or cancellation and refund.
Shipping and changes
Processing normally takes 1–3 business days after confirmed payment; delivery is estimated at 7–12 business days after dispatch. Checkout shows shipping charges. Request changes promptly; pre-fulfillment cancellation is attempted without guarantee once preparation starts. Successful cancellations have no fee; original-method refunds take 5–10 business days.
Returns and responsibility
Eligible return requests have a 30-calendar-day delivery window. Unused preference returns require packaging and accessories; you pay return postage, with no restocking fee. Our product errors receive cost-free remedies. Approved refunds take 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Mandatory rights, court, regulator, and payment remedies remain despite disruptions or later revisions. Contact support about disputes.
