Payment choices and total
Use the payment methods actually offered for your destination and order in Shopify checkout. Normal orders do not require off-site payment. Review currency, prices, discounts, shipping, and taxes before payment. Your provider may charge conversion or international transaction fees.
Payment handling
Enabled payment providers handle credentials under their own terms and notices. Support does not need your full card number, security code, or account password. No online system guarantees complete security; check that the store address is telnovi.com and use a trusted device.
Confirmation and failed payments
Check your checkout email for order confirmation. For failed payments, check details with your provider. If charged without confirmation, contact us before retrying to avoid duplicates. Temporary authorizations may remain pending according to provider timing.
Verification and refunds
We may proportionately verify orders or suspected unauthorized transactions. Confirm suspicious requests through our published support contacts. Approved return refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Provider posting may take longer; eligibility and cancellation conditions follow our return policy.
